Easy assembly and cleaning: Please allow the vacuum-compressed foam 24–48 hours to regain its shape. Creases caused by prolonged compression are normal and can be ironed out. When refitting the cover, press the foam firmly into place. The removable outer cover (with a TPU waterproof layer) is machine-washable or hand-washable. Note: The foam core is not washable. The dog ramp and stairs are lightweight and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
